Nacho Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
16 Jumbo Shells, boiled1 lb Ground Turkey, white meat only2 cDaiya Pepper Jack Cheese1 Taco Seasoning packet1 c water1/2 c oatmeal
Directions
Boil the shells al dente. I cook the box, but only use 16 good shells for the recipe. If you can find whole grain pasta, even better.

Brown the ground turkey.
Sprinkle on the taco seasoning and oatmeal
Pour in water
Stir
Cook until the water is absorbed.
Turn off the heat.
Stir in the pepperjack cheese.

Stuff the shells and place in casserole pan.
Pour tomato sauce on top.
Cover with foil
Bake at 350 for 5 minutes to heat througout
