Maple Milk

Ingredients
1 cup fat-free milk 1 tablespoon real maple syrup(I actually cheat and use 12 ounces of milk and keep the syrup the same, but the nutritional info is based on 8 ounces of milk.)
Directions
No cooking. Just add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to 1 cup of cold (or warmed) milk, stir, and enjoy!
