Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 2 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda), 1/4 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Egg, fresh, 4 large, separated Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly, wet (except egg whites) in a separate bowl.
Whip egg whites until soft peaks form. Stir wet ingredients into the dry, mixing softly until blended. Stir in blueberries. Carefully fold in egg whites.
Heat skillet or griddle to medium heat, spray with butter flavored cooking spray, pour by 1/4 cup. Cook until the edges begin to dry, and then turn. Cook until golden and serve with Sugar free syrup.
