3 green onions (spring onions)1 onion4 cloves of garlic1 red chili1 courgette8 field mushrooms200 grams of marzano tomatoes(red tomatoes)1 tbsp canola oil150 grams of whole wheat spaghetti (i use organic)
Chop all the veggies
heat a pan
add oil, and let it heat up a bit
add onions, garlic and chili and saute them
add the rest of the veggies let them cook a bit before adding water.
