Ingredients
1 cup almonds1 cup watermaple syrup or other natural sweetenervanilla
Directions
Soak the almonds in the water for several hours or overnight. Add syrup and vanilla. Grind in a blender or food processor until light and fluffy. Serve over fresh fruit or wherever you would use whipped cream.
