360 g of cooked pasta--use Smart or Low carb, high fiber pastaDill pickles Light Mayonnaise1 can tuna packed in water drainedCan also add other veggies such as celery, onions or green peppers
Boil low carb pasta--can use macaroni instead for 10 -15 minutes. Chop pickles. add mayonnaise and drained canned tuna ( 1 can) stir. Add dill and old bay as desired for taste
