Unstuffed Pepper Skillet

Ingredients
1lb lean ground beef2 green peppersmedium onion1.5 cups instant brown rice (uncooked)1 tsp salt1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp ground black pepper2 cups water1 can diced tomatos, drained
Directions
-brown beef
-add peppers and onions, cook until starting to getting soft
-add water, seasonings and tomatos
-bring to a boil
-add rice, stir, reduce heat and cover
-cook for 5 minutes
-uncover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
