Guacamole (Oh My God Good)

Ingredients
1 Large Ripe Avocado (approx 3/4 cup mashed)1 Small/Medium Tomato (approx 90g) seeded and finely chopped1 Large or 2 Small Scallion (approx 40g) finely chopped1/2 Cayenne or other Fresh Hot Pepper, seeds removed, minced2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon JuiceA Dash (or two) of Fresh Ground Black Pepper1/2 Tsp Kosher or other Salt
Directions
Cut Avocado in half, remove pits and scoop out flesh into a medium bowl - mash roughly with a fork.

Seed and Dice Tomato & finely chop scallion, hot pepper, and cilantro and add to Avocado mash.

Add Lemon, Lime, Salt & Pepper to bowl and mix well.
