Chocolate Goo--another healthy variation

Ingredients
Bananas, about two mediumFlaxseed meal, 1/2 cCinnamon, to tasteCocoa powder, 1/2 c.Sliced almonds, 1/4 c.
Directions
Mash bananas, about a cup. Do something with the remaining little bit of banana...like, eat it. Mix ingredients. Eat as a pudding, or freeze and have delightful choco-banana sickles. Or spread on something, a bagel, or rice-cake...the possibilities are endless.

Serving Size: Makes 8 100-calorie desserts! Or 4, if you're feeling indulgent.
