Kid friendly unstuffed peppers

Ingredients
1 lb ground chuck, brown and drain (when on a budget the lean beef is too high so I drain and rinse the beef after browning)Do this in a large skillet and when the meat is done add the rest:1 10 oz bag of frozen chopped bell peppers (I buy fresh when on sale and freeze them myself) 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes1 large onion chopped1 8 oz can tomato sauceBring to a boil. Let this saute for 15 min. then add 1 cup instant rice and cook till rice is ready.
