Garlic Parm veggie Pasta

Ingredients
1 box Barilla whole grain pasta1C each:tomatoonionpepperbroccoli.5 C grated zucchini.25C minced garlic (from a jar)1/2 C + 2TBSP Ex Virgin Olive Oil1/8 C chopped chives1/8 C fresh basil3 grilled chicken breast (marinated in Italian dressing)1C. Grated Parm
Directions
grill chicken
boil pasta- drain and set aside
put 1/2 c olive oil in bowl, stir in garlic set aside
put 2TBS of olive oil in saute pan bring to Med. heat
add onion and pepper, cook slightly you want them to still have a bit of a crunch
add broccoli cook a few minutes
add zucchini and tomato
cook until tomatoes are deeper in color
Return pasta to the pot and stir in the 1/2 C of olive oil and garlic add the veggie mixture
chop chicken and add to pot
Stir in Parm, basil and chives.
Salt and pepper to taste
