Fennel Salad

Ingredients
Walnuts, 1 cup, choppedFennel, 1 bulb Oranges, 2 large (3-1/16" dia) Muenster Cheese, 200 grams Yogurt, plain, skim milk, 200 grams Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Lemon Juice, 3 wedge yields Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
Directions
For the salad:
Combine the walnuts, finely sliced fennel, peeled and diced oranged and cubed cheese in a salad bowl.
For the dressing:
Combing in a small bowl the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper until it forms a smooth dressing.
Pour dressing over the salad, toss, and serve.
