1# Venison, or other meat of your choice1 28oz can of diced tomatoes2 large bell peppers3 jalapenos, sliced in rings1 large onion, cut in chunks8 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced1T cumin2t chili powder2 T chopped garlic
Brown Venison (or other meat) in Pam sprayed pan, then place in crock pot. Pour the diced tomatoes and about cup and a half of water over the meat. Add the spices, including the chopped garlic.
Saute the vegetables until crisp tender. You can add them to the crockpot now and let cook all day, or add these 1 hour before cooking is done if you want them crisp tender.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
