Slow Cooker Smothered Pork Chops

3/4 c. All-Purpose flour1/2 tsp. ground mustard1/2 tsp garlic & herb seasoning blend1/4 tsp Seasoning salt4 boneless pork loin chops2 Tbs Extra Light Olive Oil1 14 1/2 oz can of chicken broth
Combine 1/2c. flour and next 3 ingredients in a large ziploc bag. Shake to combine
Oil frying pan, warm. Shake pork in seasonings bag and add to warmed pan to brown meat on both sides.
Transfer to slow cooker. Place remaining flour to a small bowl. Wisk in broth. Pour over pork chops.
Cover and cook on low for 3-3 1/2 hours.
