Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower1/4 cup cream cheese1/4 cup sour cream1 tbsp. margarine1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions
Cut and wash cauliflower. Steam for 20 minutes. Mash Cauliflower in a bowl and place in blender with other ingredients and blend until it has the consistency of mashed potatoes.
