Quick Portobello Mushroom Pizza

1 Portobello Mushroom, cleaned1/2 cup of marinara sauce1 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milkI add additional ingredients if I have them available but this is the basic recipe.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Using a spoon scrape out the inside of the mushroom. The mushroom will look like a small bowl. Mix the scrapings into 1/2 cup of marinara sauce. Pour sauce in the mushroom. Add any additional toppings you desire. Cover with cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.

Yummy, yummy, yummy! I always wanted to try making a portabella pizza, back in my low carb days, but never got around to it, till tonight. I used Ragu Light No Sugar Added, and this completely satisfied my craving for pizza. Thanks for posting this recipe. I'll be making it often. - 6/10/09
