Chloe's Spanish rice

Ingredients
1 cup brown rice2 tb olive oil1 small onion (chopped finely)1 small tomato (chopped finely)2 cups of vegetable broth1 tsp of salt
Directions
saute onions in olive oil, then add tomatoes, brown rice and vegetable broth in skillet. bring to boil then cover and simmer for about 1 hour. When liquid is gone-rice is done.
