Meatloaf - Grain-Free & Tomato Free

Ingredients
1 pound ground Bison1 pound ground pork..I used organic2 eggs1/2 cup almond meal1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheesesmall bunch of chives chopped1/2 cup fresh basil chopped1/2 tsp smoked paprikasalt & pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients and place in a glass loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. Allow to sit 10 - 15 min before slicing.
