Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef1 med. onion, chopped1 med. can Ro-Tel2 cans minestrone soup1 can Ranch beans1 bell pepper, chopped1 can pinto beans1 can corn1 soup can water
Directions
Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper in skillet. Place in a large soup pan and add rest of ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with cornbread. May wish to sprinkle bowl of soup with grated cheese.
