2 cps Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain serving1 cup Coconut, sweetened, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/2 Allspice, 1/4 cup almond meal1/2 Walnuts, chopped 1 cp raisins 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips, optional3 ripe Bananas, mashed 1/4 cp Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 tsp Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
In Large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond meal, nuts (any kind you prefer), coconut and chocolate chips. Stir in allspice and cinnamon. Add raisins stir until well and evenly mixed.
In another bowl combine applesauce, bananas and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients over dry and stir until well combined.
Take a 2" cookie cutter and press spoonfuls of the batter into it. Remove and do another, etc.
Bake for about 20 min or until edges are golden brown.
