Ingredients
3 Roma Tomato1 medium OnionCilantroScallopsShrimpTilapiaLime Juice (enough to cover seafood)Jalapeno or other pepper of choice(optional)Salt to tasteCuminChili Powder
Directions
prepare seafood in bowl saturate in lime juice
allow Juice to cook seafood,put bowl of seafood in refrigerator.
Prepare onion,tomato, cilantro and toss in when seafood is cooked (seafood should no longer look translucent when cooked)
enjoy immediately or wait for flavors to infuse.
you can also add salt and spices at this point
