Homemade Protein Bars

3 1/2 C quick oats1 1/2 C powdered non-fat milk4 scoops vanilla protein1 C sugar free maple syrup2 egg whites, beaten1/4 C orange juice1 tsp vanilla extract1/3 C natural applesauce
1. Preheat oven to 325. Prepare 9 x 12 pan.
2. Mix together oats, powdered milk, and protein in a large bowl.
3. In separate bowl, whisk together the liquid ingredients.
4. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture; mix well.
5. Spread batter into pan. Bake 20-25 minutes, until edges are firm and golden brown.
6. Cut into 10 bars. Store in airtight container or freeze.
