spicy corn muffins

Ingredients
1 can kernel cornliquid from corn plus 2% milk to make 1 cup1 cup yellow corn meal1 cup Bisquick heart healthy mix 2 med eggs1/4 cup splenda1 tsp backing powder1 tsp Mrs. Dash Southwest Chipotle salt-free2 tbs powdered chili2 tbsp ground cumin
Directions
spray 12 cup muffin tin with grilling spray.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together until well blended.
scoop 1/2 cup of batter into each muffin space.

Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins cook 400 degrees 25 minutes
