Crazy Cake - 1 cupcake or 1/18 of 9x13 pan

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour1 1/2 cup sugar1 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp soda1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1 tsp vanilla1 1/2 tsp vinegar1/2 cup vegetable oil1 1/2 cup cold water
Combine four, sugar, salt, soda and cocoa in 9x13 baking pan. Make three holes and put vanilla in one, vinegar in one and oil in the last. Put water over all and stir. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
