Vanilla Ricotta Cream with Fruit

Ingredients
1/2 C. Park Skim Ricotta Cheese1/2 C. Fat Free Ricotta Cheese3 tsp Calorie-free sweetener or 2 TBSP confectioner sugar1/2 tsp Vanilla ExtractFruits or Berries of choice
Directions
Combine first four ingredients and process until smooth. The website says to use a blender, I just use a hand mixer.

Divide the ricotta cream between two serving dishes and top with fresh fruit.
