Crockpot Roast Turkey Breast

Ingredients
~8lb turkey breast, skin and fat removed (as much as possible).25c butterbroth or white wine1 small onion, quartereda few garlic cloveswhatever dried herbs you likesalt and pepper
Directions
Clean turkey and rub down with salt, pepper and herbs. Cut a few holes in the breast and insert garlic cloves. Load the cavity up with a few garlic cloves, half the onion and the butter. Place in crockpot. Put more onion around the turkey and add broth. Cook on low 11-12 hours (or about 6 hours on high). Check that internal temp is at least 165. Rest 20 minutes before slicing.
