Ingredients
2 bags Gardein Beefless Tips6 raw carrots, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 4 c Vegetable Broth (NotBeef Broth is delicious here) 3 medium potatoes chopped Thyme, ground, 1 tsp Marjoram, dried, 1 tsp Tarragon, ground, 1 tsp Soy sauce (tamari),3 tbsp Tomato Paste, 2 TBSP
Directions
put everything in a pot, bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 25 minutes or until veggies are tender.
