4 oz Ground Turkey (substitute: beef)1/2 cup Onions, chopped2 cups Petite Diced Tomatoes1/3 cup Pinto Beans, washed and drained1/3 cup Kidney Beans, washed and drained1/2 cup Black Beans, washed and drained2 cloves Garlice1/2 tsp Cumin1 tsp Chili Powder1/2 tsp Red Pepper FlakesSaltPepper
Makes one lunch or dinner.
*Try cooking this recipe in a batch of 3 or 4 servings. These reheat great in the microwave in about 3 minutes.
-Brown meat over medium heat.
-Add onions when meat is nearly finished browning.
-Add garlic when onions are nearly finished sauteing.
-Add tomatoes, beans, and seasonings.
