Karen's Southwest Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 12 oz box of whole wheat penne1 green pepper, chopped1 yellow pepper, chopped2 celery stalks, chopped2 plum tomatoes, chopped1 cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese1/4 cup Cardini's Southwest Cesar Dressing1 tbsp southwest seasoning, finely ground
Directions
Cook penne according to package directions. Meanwhile, chop all of the veggies. Drain Pasta and rinse. Add in dressing, enough to coat pasta (I guessed at 1/4 cup). Add in the veggies and cheese, mix well to coat. Sprinkle seasoning over pasta and mix thoroughly. I used Southwest Chipotle from Sam's Club and it was about a tablespoon's worth.
