White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 cup chicken broth1 small chicken breast, cubed1 cup white beans, washed and drained1 cup sauteed celery, peppers, onions1 1/2 tsp cumin2 1/4 tsp white peppersalt
Directions
*Serve with 1 cup raw veggies for a complete meal.
-Sautee veggies in a non-stick pan until tender.
-Remove from pan, and saute chicken breast.
-Return veggies to pan and add the rest of the ingredients.
-Simmer 15-20 minutes until thickened.
