OK Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
4 1/2 lbs chicken legs & thighs, skin removed1 28-oz can crushed tomatoes1 28-oz can diced tomatoes16 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced1/2 c red wine2 c vegetable or chicken stock (low sodium), or water2T basil2T oregano4 bay leaves
Directions
Remove skin & as much fat as possible from chicken & cut leg from thigh. Put in crockpot with all the other ingredients. Walk away for 8 hours. Serve with sprinkle of parmesan over wide noodles.
