1 pound Ground beef1/2 cup onion1 packet taco seasoning2 cans of kidney beans with juice1 can of corn with juice15 oz of hot sauce/salsa
1. Brown and crumble ground beef. Drain fat.
2. Add onion and taco seasoning to beef and mix well.
3. Add kidney beans (with juices), corn (with juices), and salsa. Stir well.
4. Let simmer for about 60 minutes. Or put in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1-cup servings
