Ingredients
2 lbs Chicken Breast, no skin1/2 cup onion, chopped (or to your taste)5 tomatoes6 oz chipotle salsa (or to taste)
Directions
Boil chicken with 1/2 an onion and 4-5 cloves of garlic, then shred using 2 forks.

Heat 1-2 Tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan and then add the chicken and stir often for a couple minutes.

Add the onions and tomatoes and cook until the onions are done and the tomatoes are cooked done.

Add the chipotle salsa a little at a time until it is the flavor you want.
