Roasting Chicken1 can Rotel tomatoes1 can diced tomatoes1 can black beans1 can pinto beans1 can red kidney beans1 can corn1 pkt.Hidden valley ranch dry salad dressing1 pkt. taco seasoning mix
Place chicken in slow cooker, season with 1/2 pkt or ranch salad dressing and 1/2pkt of taco seasoning. Cook on low for 8 hours or 5 hours on high. Pull chicken apart and put back into slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 mins. longer.
