Roasted Potatoes and Carrots

Ingredients
6 medium Idaho Potatoes (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 tsp Garlic powder1/4 tsp Adobo1/4 tsp Salt1 cup Baby Carrots
Directions
Preheat oven 375 degrees. Chop potatoes into wedges and place potatoes and baby carrots in a bowl or ziploc bag. Pour in all other ingredients. Shake to mix well. Spread potatoes and carrots mixture on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes (or until done).
