Tri Color Kale Salad w/Asian Orange Dressing

Ingredients
1 bunch of lacinato kale, destemmed and thinly sliced1 bag of Mann's Broccoli Slaw1 bag of shredded carrotsDressing:3 Tbsp San-J Orange Sauce3 Tbsp Seasoned rice vinegar or other vinegar1 tsp finely shredded gingerpinch of salt & pepper
Directions
Put dressing ingredients into a small jar and shake until mixed. Set aside.

Add salad ingredients into a large bowl or large tupperware container. Mix in dressing and let refridgerate overnight.
