Ingredients
1 16-ounce bag of Coleslaw1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (I like Spectrum)2 tbs apple cider vinegar2 tbs artificial sweetner (I like Truvia)1 tbs mustard
Directions
Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and sweetener thoroughly in a large bowl. Add ready-made coleslaw and mix well. Eat immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
