Spiced Cauliflower and Potatoes

Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower, washed and cut into 1" pieces1 large potato, peeled and diced1 medium onion, peeled and coarsely chopped1 medium tomato, diced1 2" piece of ginger, peeled and diced3 cloves garlic, minced3 - 4 Thai, serrano, or cayenne chiles, stems removed, chopped1 tbsp cumin seeds1 tbsp cayenne powder1 tbsp garam masala1 tbsp salt1 tsp tumeric powderfresh cilantro for garnish
Directions
Put all ingredients except cilantro in slow cooker. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Mix once or twice during cooking, especially in the beginning. Add cilantro.
