White Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 Can (15 oz) White Beans (Canellini)1/3 cup good quality Olive Oil3 Tbsp lemon juice or to taste1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp Italian herbs or herbs de provence or to taste1/2 tsp smoked Paprika1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until serving time.
