3/4 cup nonfat or low-fat vanilla yogart1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (mixed - any kind)1 TBSP Orange Pineapple Apple Concentrate3 TBSP Water1 Heaping TBSP of Flax meal, oat bran, rice bran or wheat germ (optional)2 ice cubes
Directions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth
Serve immediately
