Baked 'Cheesy' Paprika Cauliflower

Chili flakes, 0.5 tspnCauliflower, raw, 490 gramsPaprika, 0.5 tspGarlic, 2 cloves, mincedCheddar cheese, 40gMilk, 2%, 50 mLMargerine, 1 tbspnEgg, fresh, 1 mediumChutney, 1 tbspBaking Powder, 0.5 tspSalt, 1 dashPepper, black, 1 dashsalt and pepper to taste
1) Boil cauliflower and chili till tender.
2) Drain cauliflower and mash in a bowl.
3) Add grated cheese, margerine and blend well with a spoon.
4) Beat egg, milk, chutney, baking powder and spices together. Add to cauliflower mixture and mix thoroughly.
5)Spray a ceramic dish (or 3 smaller ones) with low cal vegetable oil. Spoon mixture into bowl.
6) Bake, in a pre-heated oven, at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 - 25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
