No Sugar 3 Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 -15.5 oz can Black Beans, rinsed and drained1 - 15.5 oz can Garbanzo Beans, rinsed and drained1- 15.5 oz can Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained1 C chopped raw onions1C chopped raw celery1C chopped raw green peppers (bell).5 C olive oil.5 C Apple Cider Vinegar1 t dried Italian herbs1T sweetener, such as Splenda
Directions
Rinse and drain all canned beans carefully to remove any sodium and/or sugars used in processing.

Chop all vegetables, add to beans in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients into a dressing. Pour dressing over bean mixture. Toss to coat all beans and vegetables.

May be eaten immediately, or better after a day or two in the refrigerator.

    Great Recipe. I use Red Onion rather than white (because I don't like raw onion. Red onions are more mild) and red pepper instead of green. Easy and tasty! Especially good the next day! I love the use of apple cider vinegar, too. - 11/2/12
