1 large chicken2 onions2 stalk celery4 garlic cloves1 bell pepper16oz can mushrooms1 Tbsp. chili powder1 6oz can tomato paste34 oz crushed tomatos1 lb package spagetti.5 cup parmesan cheese1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce1 cup chopped parsley2 tsp olive oil
Cook chicken until tender(boil), cool and remove skin, fat and bone. Reserve stock. chop into bitesize pieces. Chop all vegetables. Saute onions, celery, garlic and pepper in olive oil, until transparent. add to chicken with tomato, tomato paste and 1 quart stock, cook slowly 1 hour.
Cook spagetti in water, drain add to chicken mixture.
Add remaining ingredients. mix well. bake covered at 350 for 30 min
