Vegan Brownie Bites

Ingredients
42g all-purpose flour1/2 cup granulated sugar1/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce2 Tbsp vegetable/canola oil1 tsp baking powderpinch of baking soda2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F.

Spray mini-muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray (or use paper muffin cups), or use a bread loaf pan.

Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl. Stir together until the batter is wet.

Pour into greased pan and bake ~20 minutes or until done. Cool five minutes in the pan before turning out on a rack. Cool completely and then cut into 12 pieces (if you used a loaf pan).
