*Daikon Radish-2 cup*Whole Wheat Flour-2 cupSalt-2 tsp*Canola Oil-3 tbspWater, tap, .25 cup (2 fl oz)*Green chili -minced 1 tsp*Besan- .25 cup
Grate daikon radish in the food processor. Add salt, turmeric, green chilies, flour and besan. Pulse to combine add a tablespoon of water at a time as needed to make dough. Let the it rest for 15 minutes. Then roll in triangles like paratha and shallow fry it with just a touch of oil in a nonstick pan. Serve wiht pickle and boondi raita.
