PIzza Taco with Cheese Shell

Ingredients
1/4c Shredded mozzarella cheese1/2oz Sausage crumbles2-3 slices Pepperoni
Directions
Spread shredded cheese (any kind, really) into a small non-stick fry pan. Fry one side until it can be flipped (edges crispy); flip.
Top with sausage, pepperoni (or whatever!). Fold "shell" into "taco shell" shape and slide out of pan.
Dip into no-added-sugar organic pizza sauce (or any dip!)
