Pizza w/ham, olives, zuccini and tomatoes

Ingredients
Dough:600 g whole grain flour200 g durum wheat flour1 tsp salt2 tbsp olive oilyeast500 ml tap waterTopping:pizza saucecheesehamoliveszuccinitomatoes
Directions
Make the dough in good time so it has time to ferment a bit. Make pizzas (this is enough for three 16" pizzas), put topping on (all except tomatoes), bake in the oven until done, slice tomatoes and put on pizza while hot. Fresh rucola or spinach is an excelent extra topping.
