Ingredients
2 Tbs. Oat Bran1 Egg White (whipped)2 Tbs. plain, non fat yogurtSeasoning to taste (salt; stevia; spices; herbs; flavorings).
Directions
Cook in small skillet on stove top, medium heat five minutes until golden brown; turn and cook 3-5 minutes more, until golden brown.

This is the recipe for the Dukan Diet, Attack Phase. For more fiber in diet, add wheat bran; ground flax seed; whole flax seeds, increasing yogurt as needed.

For variation later in diet, add: fresh blueberries; raspberries; chopped Canadian bacon; etc.
