Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 125 grams Indian Rajma, 1.5 cup Green Tomatoes, 150 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) PAM Olive oil spray Net 141 g, 15 gram(s) Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp Lemons, 0.5 fruit without seeds Salt, 1 tbsp Real Thai rice paper (4) Net 100 g, 275 gram(s) Onions, raw, 150 grams
1) Boil chickpeas, rajma, red tomato.
2) Cut green tomatoes and onions and keep aside.
3) Add the above to a wide bowl, add oil spray, ginger, salt, squeezed lemon and mix.
4) Place 1/2 cup of above on wet rice paper, fold and bake on a Tawa on all sides.
Serving Size: Makes eleven wraps, each with 1/2 cup filling.
