Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 4 oz (remove)Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded (remove)Cotija Mexican Cheese, .5 oz (remove)Tapatio Salsa Picante Hot Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)Serrano Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, .15 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)
Directions
Sautee beef with onion, tomato and chile, add salt to taste.

Serve browned ground beef on top of the lettuce, garnish with crumbled Cotija cheese and salsa of your choice.
